The second phase with the introduction of a new programme entails the application for the initial accreditation assessment (TNO) with the NVAO. The programme writes an information dossier that offers further information about the programme based on the NVAO assessment framework standards. Subsequently, the NVAO puts together a review panel that gives its advice to the NVAO about the quality of the new programme based on this information dossier and the site visit.
